When you use MonaFlow, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, company name, phone number, trade type, and license number. We also collect information about your clients that you enter into the platform, including names, contact details, and addresses.
We use your information to provide and improve the MonaFlow service — including generating quotes and invoices, managing your client relationships, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security ensuring each user can only access their own data. All connections use HTTPS encryption. Authentication is handled securely through Supabase Auth.
