By using MonaFlow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MonaFlow is a billing platform for skilled trades professionals. It allows you to create, manage, and send quotes and invoices to your clients. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with Solo and Pro plan options.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Free trials are available for new users. After the trial period, you will be charged according to your selected plan (Solo at $19/month or Pro at $39/month, or their annual equivalents). All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: violating any laws, infringing on intellectual property rights, transmitting malware, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the Service.
MonaFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, including tax rates and calculations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
